• Review the existing forms, reports, charts and record keeping formats and suggest enhancements/amendments as per standard
• Provide various standard formats for forms/ Registers
• Provide various Draft Policies as per Scope
• Lay down draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various activities in all settings and levels of care.
• Review the existing Signage, Layout maps, etc. and suggest enhancements/amendments as per standard
• Provide various standard samples of Signage, Layout maps, etc.
• Review the existing Licenses and Agreements applicable and their validity and suggest new requirement (if any)
• Review the existing Committees and Suggest creation of various Committees applicable to the healthcare system.
• Provide Standard Draft format of TOR & MOM for various Committees
• Carry out mock drills for various emerging procedures
• Supervise the structural alternatives.
• Regular status check & update through repeated Audit/Assessment
• Instill the concepts to practice modalities of best practices in the minds of the Quality Team so as to achieve Continuous Quality Improvement
• Regular follow-up to see the progress of work and for making further improvement plan.

• Provide Application form requirements
• Filling-up of “Self Assessment Tool-kit” where required
• Filling-up of application form including uploading of required documents/ policies, etc.
• Submission of “Application form for Accreditation of healthcare system” to the appropriate Authorities including uploading required things in association with he
• Help fix up the date for Assessment in consultation with the Management.
• Help prepare the healthcare system to be in readiness for the assessment(s).
• Help prepare the Corrective Action Report and submission to the appropriate Authorities.
• Multiple visits to assess the progress of Standard Implementation in the healthcare system by self/ authorized representative(s)..
